Affordable Housing

Affordable and equitable housing is a high priority. At the end of the day, Outlaw Development wants to be sure that families in Saint Paul have a household they can pay for, while still having money left over for other necessities like food, transportation, and health care.

Ownership

Rental opportunities are good but ownership is the ultimate goal of our projects. Giving families the chance to be an owner-occupant provides realistic shot at creating generational wealth. The disparity between the White homeownership rate and the homeownership rate of households of color and Native American households in Minnesota is now the fourth-largest in the nation.
